Overview
SwiftDispatch is a logistics operations platform built for a delivery business managing multiple riders and daily shipment volumes.
The platform centralizes dispatch management, real-time tracking, and customer delivery notifications into a single operations hub.
The Challenge
The client was coordinating riders through WhatsApp groups with no visibility into delivery status, rider location, or order history. Missed deliveries and customer complaints were growing.
The Solution
We built a dispatcher dashboard with live map tracking, an order management system, and automated customer notifications on delivery status — replacing the fragmented WhatsApp workflow entirely.
